✨ Land Sale Proclamation



Proclamation.

By His Honor William Fitzherbert,
Esquire, C.M.G., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.

WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendant of the Province of Welling-
ton, do hereby, in pursuance of the Re-
gulations in this behalf, proclaim and
notify that the several allotments of land,
situated in the township of Sandon,
in the Manawatu District, in the Province
of Wellington, and which are specified in
the Schedule hereto, except such as may
be reserved under the provision herein-
after mentioned, will be put up for sale
by public auction, at the Crown Lands
Office, in the City of Wellington, on
Tuesday, the fifteenth day of February,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
six, at 12 o’clock noon.

If at any time during the sale it shall
appear to the Commissioner of Crown
Lands beneficial or expedient to the public
service to reserve from sale either of the
sections specified in the said Schedule, or
to vary the order in which they are to be
put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.

Given under my hand, and issued
under the Public Seal of the
Province of Wellington, at Welling-
ton, this sixth day of
January, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-six.
