WRIT OF ATTACHMENT.

VICTORIA by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, to the Bank of Australasia, and to George Thomas, of Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, in the Wellington District of the Colony of New Zealand, Auctioneer, and to James Prendergast, of Wellington, aforesaid Attorney General of the said Colony,
Greeting:—

Whereas an action has been commenced in the Supreme Court of New Zealand for the Wellington District at Wellington wherein the Bank of New Zealand are plaintiffs, and Eugene Bellairs lately of Wellington, aforesaid, Surveyor, but now absent from the said Colony is defendant,
and whereas it hath been made known to us that there are money, real or personal property, belonging to the said Eugene Bellairs, now in the hands or custody, or under the control of you the said Bank of Australasia, George Thomas, and James Prendergast or of each or of some of you
we therefore command you that you do not sell or otherwise dispose of or part with the said money real or personal property of the said Eugene Bellairs or any part thereof until the further order of the said Court shall be made known to you.

Witness, Alexander James Johnston,
Esquire, a Judge of the Supreme Court of our Colony of New Zealand at Wellington in the Province of Wellington, aforesaid, this eighth day of March,
1875.


Sheep Inspector’s Notice.

Wellington, 5th March 1875.

NOTICE has been received from the Inspector of Sheep for the East Coast District that he has granted Clean certificates to the following flock owners:

David Carman... “Blink Bonny.”
Dated 4th February, 1875.

Messrs. Beetham... “Brancepeth.”
Dated 4th February, 1875.

Messrs. Beetham... “Bracken Flock,”
Dated 16th February, 1875.

... “Puke and Ngatukoko” Flock,
Dated 17th February, 1875.

“Number Ten,”
Dated 18th February, 1875.

Also that he has cancelled Clean certificate of Messrs. Beetham, “Brancepeth” for “Hinikirangi Flock,”
Dated 4th February, 1875.

Sheep Inspector’s Notice.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 23rd February, 1875.

NOTICE has been received at this Office from the Inspector of Sheep for the Wairarapa and East Coast District, that he has granted Cleaned Certificates to the following Flockowners, viz.:

Henry R. Bunny... “Ahiaraunui.” Clean certificate, dated 9th Feb., 1875.

James Stoodley... “Tu Puru Puru.” Clean certificate, dated 12th Feb., 1875.

John Vile... “Tu Puru Puru.” Clean certificate, dated 12th Feb., 1875.
