Contract for Reclamation of Land in Wellington Harbour.

IT is hereby notified that Messrs. Saunders and O’Malley having dissolved partnership on the 10th November, Mr. Saunders was released from all liability in the Contract for the Reclamation of Land in Wellington Harbour, and Mr. Edmund O’Malley having agreed to carry on the work was accepted, and signed the necessary Bond for the due performance of the said Contract, on the 13th November, 1874.

MASTERTON DISTRICT.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by the “Wellington Education Act Amendment Act, 1874,” I, Alfred de Bathe Brandon, Chairman of the Education Board of the Province of Wellington, do hereby appoint that the voters qualified to vote for the election of a member of the said Education Board for the Masterton District, shall meet at the Court House, Masterton, on Thursday, the 11th day of February, at noon, for the purpose of electing a member of the Education Board for the said District, in the place of J. Valentine Smith, Esquire, resigned; and I also hereby appoint Mr. Robert Wilson to be the Presiding Officer at the meeting to be held as above.
Given under my hand at Wellington, this twenty-first day of January, 1875.
