Wellington, 21st September, 1875.

INFORMATION has been received,
under the hand of Mr. Ashforth, the
Presiding Officer, that the following gentlemen have been by him declared duly
elected as members of the Wangaehu
Highway Board for the wards set opposite
their names:

Ward No. 1–Mr. John Morgan
" " 2–Mr. James Baker
" " 3–Mr. Alexander Higgie
" " 4–Mr. Hayward Owen
" " 5–Mr. John Fleetwood
" " 6–Mr. Joseph Reginald
Sommerville
" " 7–Mr. Isaac Sergeant.

Wellington, 21st September, 1875.

HIS Honor the Superintendent has appointed that the first meeting of the
newly-elected Highway Board for the
Wangaehu Highway District shall be held
on Saturday, the 2nd day of October next
ensuing, at twelve o’clock noon, at the
office of the Wangaehu Highway Board,
in the town of Wanganui.
