Appointment of Election of Trustees.
I, WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Esq.,
C.M.G., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby appoint that a meeting of the electors of the Wanganui and Rangitikei Districts shall be held on Monday, the 20th day of September, 1875, at the Court-house, Wanganui, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of electing five Trustees for the Wanganui and Rangitikei Racecourse, in the room of the five gentlemen who have retired from office.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this 3rd day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

Under the provisions of the 18th clause of “The Local Boards Act, 1873,” I, William Fitzherbert, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby appoint that the first meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the Car-
terton Local District shall be held at the School-house, Carterton, on Friday, the seventeenth day of September instant, at seven o'clock in the evening.
