for his “Kohuwai Flock,” dated the 17th October, 1874.

Wanganui Waitotara Highway Board.
HIGHWAY NOTICE.
THE Wanganui Waitotara Highway Board propose to construct a cross road leading southward from the main road, at Maxwell, to the Waitotara lower road, on the seaward side of Mr. John Handley’s. A Plan, Sections, and Specifications of the proposed road, together with a Schedule of the lands that would be intersected thereby, and of the owners and occupiers of such lands, are now deposited at the Board’s Office, Rutland Chambers, Ridgway street, Wanganui; and any person wishing to make any objection or suggestions respecting the line of the proposed road, must do so in writing addressed to the Board, within forty days from this date.
