WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of a writ of fieri facias issued out in the case of Samuel Vincent against Ivor James, and dated the twentieth day of July, 1874.

And

In the matter of the Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867.

NOTICE is hereby given that I, James Townsend Edwards, Esquire, the Sheriff for the District of Wanganui, have this day by virtue of the above-mentioned writ seized in execution under the said Act, all that piece or parcel of land situate and being in the suburbs of the town of Wanganui, in the Province of Wellington, and being the allotment number thirty-eight of a sub-division of suburban section number twenty-eight. Bounded on or towards the south-west by Campbell street thirty-three feet; on or towards the south-east by the allotments numbered thirty-one and thirty-two, one hundred and forty-eight feet six inches; on or towards the north-east by a certain new street called Mulligan street intersecting the said land thirty-three feet; and on or towards the north-west by the allotment number thirty-seven, one hundred and forty-eight feet six inches.

And notice is hereby further given that I will sell at the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, the above-mentioned lands, unless the amount of the said writ with costs and expenses thereon are sooner paid and satisfied.

Dated at Wanganui this twenty-eighth day of July, 1874.
