Education Notice.
Education Board,
Wellington, 21st March, 1873.
It is hereby notified that the undermentioned schools have been established under the provisions of the "Wellington Education Act, 1871," and the "Wellington Education Act, Amendment Act, 1872," and will open, without fee or payment, to all children not under the age of five years, nor above the age of fifteen.

His Honor the Superintendent has cancelled the appointment of Edward Jupp, as Presiding Officer, for the election of a Warden, for Ward No. 7, of the Masterton Highway District, and has appointed Arthur Jupp, Presiding Officer for the said election.

NOTICE has been received at this Office, from the Inspector of Sheep for the Wanganui District, that he has granted a Clean Certificate to J. Cameron, Esq., Marangai for the Dry flock of Sheep, numbering 1,300. Dated 19th February, 1873.

Highway Notice.
Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Plan, section, and description of a proposed road to be called "The Swamp Road," extending from London street in the Town of Wanganui, together with a list of the owners, lessees, and occupiers of the lands intersected by such proposed road, have been deposited at the Office of the Wanganui and Waitotara Highway Board, Taupo Quay, Wanganui, and are lying there for the inspection of all persons interested in the said road.
All persons having any objection or suggestion to make in reference to the said road, must do so in writing, addressed to the Board within 40 days from the date hereof.
