IMPORTANT SALE OF 36,600 ACRES OF AGRICULTURAL, PASTORAL AND FLAX-GROWING SURVEYED CROWN LANDS,

SITUATED IN THE MANAWATU DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that there will be sold by Public Auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Provincial Government Buildings, Wellington, on Thursday, 17th April, 1873, at one o'clock,

17,200 ACRES OF SUPERIOR AGRICULTURAL LAND,
Situated in the Townships of Sandon and Carnarvon, Manawatu District, and divided into suitable Sections of from 100 to 640 acres each
UPSET PRICE—TWENTY SHILLINGS PER ACRE.

Also,

19,000 ACRES OF FIRST-CLASS GRAZING AND FLAX-GROWING LANDS,
In the Township of Carnarvon, divided into Sections of from 100 to 1,275 acres each
UPSET PRICE—7s. 6d. PER ACRE.

Also,

Two valuable BUSH SECTIONS, heavily timbered, and containing Totara, situated in the Township of Palmerston, with frontage to main road.
200 ACRES EACH. UPSET PRICE—20s. PER ACRE.
