Proclamation.
By His Honor William Fitzherbert, Esquire, C.M.G., Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby proclaim and appoint that the Ferries mentioned in the first schedule hereto shall be Ferries under the provisions of "The Bridges and Ferries Act, 1868," and "The Bridges and Ferries Act, 1868, Amendment Act, 1869," of the General Assembly; and I do further proclaim and appoint that the several amounts of Tolls set forth in the second schedule hereto shall be the amount of Tolls to be charged and levied at the Ferries mentioned in the said first schedule.
First Schedule.
Near the mouth of the Akiteo River, on the East Coast of the Province of Wellington.
Near the mouth of the Ohanga River, on the East Coast of the Province of Wellington.
Second Schedule.

Provided that the total amount of Tolls to be charged for any number of cattle or sheep in the same flock and belonging to the same owner shall in no case exceed the sum of three pounds (£3) sterling.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this Thirteenth day of November, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

Sheep Inspector’s Notice.
Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, Nov. 11th, 1873.
NOTICE has been received at this office from the Acting Inspector of sheep for the Wairarapa district that on the 5th October last he examined a flock of sheep in the possession of KEREOPA RARO, Long Bush, and found them scabby, and that he gave him a Scab Certificate.
