to be Keeper, and Mrs. SEAGER to be Matron, of the Lunatic Asylum, erected on the Town Belt of the City of Wellington.

Wellington, 13th June, 1873.
No persons having appeared at the time appointed for hearing the objections to the following Order, passed by the Wanganui and Waitotara Highway Board and published in the Wellington Provincial Gazette, of the 28th May, 1873, No. 18, viz.:
"Wanganui and Waitotara Highway Board, Wanganui 5th May, 1873.
The Board having considered the several objections made to the line of the proposed Swamp Road, deem it desirable to construct the same, according to the line laid off by the Board’s Engineer, and shown in the plan and section, and hereby order the same to be constructed."
His Honor the Superintendent has, under the provisions of "The Highway Boards Empowering Act 1871," confirmed the said Order.
