I, DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI., of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming title thereto from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the under-mentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the annexed Schedule.

1545 1695 Andrew Brown Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Section No. 49 on the plan of the Porirua District. The legal estate to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 2nd day of July, 1860.
1546 1724 Representative of the late William Reed. Entitled to a Crown Grant of Section No. 349 on the plan of the City of Wellington and of Rural Section No. 4 in the Ohariu District. The Grants to be issued in the name of William Reed, the legal estate being antevested in the Grantee for the Town Land from the 1st day of October, 1840, and in the Rural Land from the 7th April, 1842, subject to a direction of the Commissioner.
1547 1725 Representative of the late William John Wright. Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Rural Section No. 51 on the plan of the Porirua District, and of an undivided moiety of and in the Section No. 176 on the plan of the City of Wellington, the Grants to be issued in the name of William John Wright. The legal estate in the Rural Land to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 3rd day of June, 1841, and in the Town Land as from the 30th July, 1840.
1548 1726 Thomas Bridge Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Rural Section No. 10 on the plan of the Makara District, and of an undivided moiety of and in the Section No. 176 on the plan of the City of Wellington. The legal estate in the Rural Land to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 18th November, 1841, and in the Town Land as from the 30th October, 1841.
1549 1727 Robert Perry Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Section No. 189 on the plan of the City of Wellington; also, to a Crown Grant of 100 acres of Rural Land in accordance with the provisions of Clause VI. or II. (as the case may be) of "The Land Orders and Scrip Act, 1858."
1550 1728 George Moore Entitled to a Crown Grant of part of Section No. 489 on the plan of the City of Wellington. The legal estate to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 22nd August 1867.
1551 1729 William Lyon Entitled to a Crown Grant of 5 acres of Rural Land in the Karori District, part of Section No. 36, Allotment No. 20 on the subdivisional plan of the Section. The legal estate to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 14th January, 1858.
