the Province of Wellington,
Solicitor, Plaintiff;
And
Thomas Stoddart Lambert, of Marton,
aforesaid, Defendant.
Amount recovered, £53 0s. 9d.
I HEREBY give notice that by virtue
of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out
of the above Honorable Court, and to me
directed, I have caused my assistant
bailiff to enter upon all that piece of land
in the district of Rangitikei, in the Province of Wellington, in New Zealand,
containing thirty-two perches, or thereabouts, being part of section No. 17 in
the said district of Rangitikei, and numbered 7 upon the plan of the sub-division
of the said section, together with the
buildings thereon, the leasehold property
of the said Thomas Stoddart Lambert,
having been taken in execution at the
suit of the execution creditor, and that it
is my intention to sell or cause to be
sold the lease of the said piece of land
by public auction, at Mr. Coleman’s
auction mart, Marton, on Monday the
sixth day of January, 1873, at twelve
o’clock noon, unless satisfaction be
sooner made of said amount of judgment,
and all costs and expenses connected
therewith or incidental thereto.
And I further give notice that Thomas
Richards Cash, Esq., of Marton, is the
solicitor for the said plaintiff.

this twenty-eighth day of September, 1872.

License to Kill Wild Unbranded Cattle.
Superintendent’s Office,
Wellington, Oct. 9th, 1872.
By virtue of the power vested in me by
Clause 7 of the Act of the Provincial
Council of Wellington, Session No. 13, I
hereby authorise
Donald Sutherland,
Manager to George Crawford, Esquire, at
Mataikuna, to kill any Cattle, the property
of the Government of the Province.
Given under my hand this 9th day of
October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

By His Honor William Fitzherbert, Esquire, Superintendent
of the Province of Wellington,
in the Colony of New Zealand.
WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, in pursuance of the
Regulations in this behalf, proclaim and
notify that the several allotments of land
situated in the Wainuiomata district, and
in the Tiraumea Block, in the East Coast
district, in the Province of Wellington,
and specified in the schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the
provision hereafter mentioned, will be
put up for sale by public auction at the
Crown Lands Office, in the City of Wellington, on Thursday the twenty-eighth
day of November, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-two, at twelve
o’clock noon.
If at any time during the sale it may
appear to the Commissioner of Crown
Lands beneficial or expedient for the
public service to reserve from sale either
of the sections specified in the said
schedule, or to vary the order in which
they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.

of October, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-two.
