Proclamation.

By His Honor William Fitzherbert,
Esquire, Superintendent of the
Province of Wellington in the
Colony of New Zealand.

WILLIAM FITZHERBERT, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of the Regulations in this behalf proclaim and notify that the several allotments of land situated in the Whareama Block in the East Coast District in the Province of Wellington and specified in the Schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provision hereafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by public auction, at the Crown Lands Office in the City of Wellington, on Wednesday the eighteenth day of December next, at twelve o’clock noon.

If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service, to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or to vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.

Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

Public Notice.

Crown Lands Office,
Wellington, Sept. 25, 1872.

THE undermentioned sections having been declared to be Pastoral Land, will be open for selection at this office on and after Friday the 25th day of October next, viz.:

Sections Nos. 45 and 46 in the Tiraumea Block, East Coast, containing 2048 acres, more or less.

Sections Nos. 83 and 84, in the Wainuiomata District, containing 8307 acres, more or less.

Plans of the sections are open for inspection at this office.
