SALE OF SURVEYED AGRICULTURAL CROWN LANDS.

NOTICE is hereby given that there will be sold by Public Auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Provincial Government Buildings, Custom House Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, 20th November, 1872, at One o'clock,

4,758 ACRES OF SURVEYED AGRICULTURAL CROWN LANDS,
situated in the township of Carnarvon, Manawatu District.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS,
in surveyed blocks of not less than 40 nor more than 200 Acres each.

Lithographed Maps (price 1s. and 2s. each) and Gazettes giving every requisite information relative to the dimensions, upset price and position of the lands thus to be disposed of; also copies of “The Land Regulations of the Province” (price 2s.), containing the terms as to “Occupation, &c.,” on which the “Land on Deferred Payments” may be acquired, can be obtained at the
