✨ Highway District Warden Election Notices
Warrant.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by "The Highways Act, 1871," I, William Fitzherbert, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby appoint that for each of the Wards mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto, the voters qualified to vote for the election of a Warden in such Ward shall meet at the time and place set opposite the name of such Ward in the second and third columns of the same Schedule respectively for the purpose of electing a Warden for such Ward: And I do hereby appoint the persons whose names are stated in the fourth column of the same Schedule to be respectively the Presiding Officers at the meetings to be held at the respective times and places mentioned in the second and third columns of the said Schedules opposite the names of the said persons respectively.
