WARD No. 2.
The boundary commences at a point in the Porirua Harbour where a production of the north-east boundary line of section number 91, Porirua District, strikes the shore; thence it proceeds southerly, including within its limits the following sections: number 91, Porirua District, numbers 4 and 3, Pahautanui District, and number 89; Takapu District; from the south-east corner of said section number 89, it follows the western boundaries of sections numbers 348 and 344, Western Hutt District; from the south-west corner of said section number 344 it continues southerly, including within its limits sections numbers 44, 38, 32, 31, 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 22, 21, 20, 17, 15, 14, 13, 11, 9, 7, and 5, Horokiwi Road District, and section number 19, Harbour District; continuing southerly along the shore of Port Nicholson Harbour till it meets a production of the northern boundary of section number 660, Town of Wellington; thence the boundary turns westerly towards Cook’s Strait, excluding from its limits sections numbers 660 and 659, Town of Wellington, the Town Belt sections numbers 80, 81, 83, 85, 87, 39, and 40, Karori District, numbers 41, 40, 29, 30, 32, 34, 36, and 38, Makara District, and numbers 87, 86, 85, 84, 80, and 98, Ohariu District; the boundary now turns northerly from the western extreme of the northern boundary line of section number 98, Ohariu District, along the shores of Cook’s Straits, and Porirua Harbour to the starting point.
WARD No. 3.
The boundary commences at a point in the Porirua Harbour, where the production of the north-east boundary line of section number 91, Porirua District, strikes the shore; thence it proceeds southerly, excluding from its limits sections number 91, Porirua District, numbers 4 and 3, Pahautanui District, and number 89, Takapu District; from the south-east corner of said section number 89 it turns easterly, excluding from its limits sections numbers 348 and 351, Western Hutt District; from the north-east corner of said section number 351 it continues on a bearing east magnetic till it intersects a north and south line magnetic, which touches the eastern boundary of D. Richard’s selection of 40 acres, in the Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve; from the said point of intersection it turns north magnetic, till it strikes the northern boundary of the Wellington Highways District, when it turns westerly along the said northern boundary to the mouth of the Waikanae River, and thence along the sea coast to the starting point.
WARD No. 4.
The boundary commences at a point in Port Nicholson Harbour where a production of the north-east boundary line of section number 19, Harbour District, strikes the shore; thence it proceeds easterly along the Petoni Beach to the mouth of the River Hutt; thence northerly along the right bank of the River Hutt to its source; thence north magnetic till it intersects the northern boundary of the Wellington Highways District, and from this point of intersection it turns west along the said northern boundary of Wellington Highways District, until it meets the north and south line forming the east boundary of Ward number 3, when it turns southerly along the boundaries of Wards numbers 3 and 2 to the starting point.
WARD No. 5.
The boundary commences at Taourakira Head, in Cook’s Strait; thence it proceeds northerly along the eastern boundary of the Wellington Highways District until it intersects an east line magnetic from the south-east corner of James Corrie’s selection of 120 acres, Hutt District; from this point of intersection the boundary turns west in a straight line to the south-east corner of said selection of James Corrie’s, and thence continues in a straight line to the south-east corner of section number 232; thence it continues along the southern boundaries of sections numbers 232, 231, and 230 to the north-east corner of section number 42; thence it turns southerly along the south-eastern boundary of said section number 42 to its south-east corner; and from thence it continues southerly, including within its limits sections numbers 21 and 16, Lower Hutt District, numbers 20 and 21, Harbour District, and from the point in Port Nicholson Harbour where the northern boundary line of section number 20, Harbour District, strikes the shore, it continues southerly along the shores of Port Nicholson Harbour and Cook’s Strait to the starting point.
