License to Kill Wild Unbranded Cattle.
By virtue of the power vested in me by clause 7 of the Act of the Provincial Council of Wellington, Session No. 18, I hereby authorize
William Smith,
of Wainuiomata Bush, Wairarapa, farmer, to kill any wild cattle the property of the Government of the Province.
Given under my hand this fourteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
