I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the above is a true statement of the Receipts and Expenditure of the public revenue of the Province of Wellington for the period commencing on the First day of July, and ending on the Thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one; and further, that the said Expenditure has been properly classified, and that any part thereof which has been incurred without authority of the Appropriation Act is separately shown.

THE following notices have been received from the Inspector of Sheep for the Wairarapa District:—
Oct. 20th—Clean certificate granted to J. G. Cox, Featherston.
Nov. 6th—Clean certificate granted to Messrs. A. & A. M’Kenzie, Taratahi, East.
Nov. 10th—Clean certificate granted to Wm. M’Leod, Wakapoiro.
Also, that he has cancelled the clean certificate of E. Ruddiford, for the Rewewa Kaituna flock.
