NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are described in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Whanganui, on the 29th of November next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Aropeta Haereteuterangi, and others Marimotu Bounded on the North-west by a line from To Roro-o-tai Te Ariki, crossing the Whangaehu river near its source; thence across the Rangipo desert at the base of Ruapehu to Ngamotu, Otaka, Makahikatea, Waihanoa, Ngarimutaka, Karamuramu, Te Patunga-o-Takino; and thence by the Te Unu stream to its junction with the Tokiahuru stream; thence by the Tokiahuru stream to Ngaiwiotapawa. Thence bounded on the South-west by a line crossing the Whangaehu river to Toto (on the South side of Turi-o-Varimotu) Otuhua, Whareiwi, crossing Tahua stream, Paparangiora, Tutaenui, Pokai Kai Kiri, Huiataha, Raetihi, Makomiko; crossing the Turakina river to Whakahuhi, Te Ahuaturanga, Opeketaha and Te Pou o Tamuringa; thence bounded on the East by a line taking the general direction of the track to Taupo, crossing Ngaiwi-o-take-take stream, Wyourn, Makiokio, and Waitangi streams, Te Komuapoto, Waiwherowhero and Pari Pokai; thence up the Whangaehu river as far as Te Kahikatea; thence by a line to Te Atua-o Te Rahui; and thence to Te Roro-o-taitea-Ariki the starting point. Survey Office, Whanganui.
Horapapera Pukeke, Hori Kerei Pai Onetere No. 2 Bounded on the North by Onetere No. 3; on the East by the land of Wata Hina; on the South by Onetere No. 1; and on the North-west by the Awarua stream.
Kawana Pai, Hori Kerei Pai Onetere No. 1 Bounded on the North by the Awarua stream, Onetere No. 2, and the land of Wata Hina; on the East by the land of the children of Hapurona; on the South by the burial ground, and on the North-west by the land of Te Mawae.

The map of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Survey Office, Whanganui.
