Proclamation.
By His Honor William Fitzherbert Esquire Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by the Land Regulations now in force in the Province of Wellington it is declared that all reserves for the sites of Townships or suburban lands for the sites of Agricultural and Small Farm settlements or for any other purpose of public advantage safety convenience health or enjoyment shall be determined by the Superintendent who shall notify the same by proclamation wherein the object shall be specified for which any reserve shall be made.
And whereas it would be of public advantage if a certain section of land in the township of Foxton in the Manawatu district was set apart for a Public Cemetery. Now therefore I William Fitzherbert Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in virtue of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf do hereby proclaim and declare that section No. 371 in the township of Foxton in the Manawatu district containing twelve acres two roods and twenty-five perches is hereby reserved and set apart by me for a Public Cemetery.
Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington at Wellington this eleventh day of July one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.

NOTICE has been given to this office by the Inspector of Sheep for the East Coast District, that he has received notice of Scab from
David Cameron, Tauerau,
and that he has cancelled his certificate from 5th July, 1871.

Mr. J. Cameron, from 4th July, 1871—for Ewe flock.

License to Kill Wild Unbranded Cattle.
BY virtue of the power vested in me by Clause 7 of the Act of the Provincial Council of Wellington, Session No. 13, I hereby authorize
Morris Malcahy,
of Ohanga Station, East Coast, overseer to Dr. Grace, to kill any Wild Cattle the property of the Government of the Province.
