Sheep Inspector's Report.

IT has been notified to this office by the Inspector of Sheep for the Wairarapa District that he has granted clean certificates to

dated 12th March, 1870, and
Mr. J. GRANT, Wairarapa,
dated March 7th, 1870.

Dauntless Gold Mining Company

(Registered).

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, Henry Trueman, hereby make application to register the "Dauntless Gold Mining Company, (Registered)," under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865, and of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869. And I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular viz :—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the "Dauntless Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is the Terawiti District, in the Province of Wellington.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is two hundred and forty pounds (£240) in twenty-four (24) shares of ten pounds (£10) each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is one hundred and twenty pounds (£120).

  5. The name of the manager is Henry Trueman.

  6. The office of the Company is Henry Trueman's house, Abel Smith Street.

  7. The names and several residences of the Shareholders and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follows :—
