I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the above is a true Abstract of the Receipts and Expenditure of the Public Revenue of the Province of Wellington for the period commencing on the first day of July, and ending on the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine, and further that the said Expenditure has been properly classified, and that any part thereof which has been incurred without authority of the Appropriation Act is separately shown.
