By Order of the Court.
NOTICE is hereby given that GEORGE THOMAS is instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court, to sell by Public Auction, at Thomas's Auction Mart, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday the 20th day of April, 1870, at 2 o'clock p.m.: All that piece of land containing 100 acres, or thereabouts, situated in and being Section numbered 96 on the plan of the Ohariu District.

The Wellington Quartz Crushing Company, Registered.
I, THE undersigned CHRISTIAN JULIUS TOXWARD, hereby make application to register “The Wellington Quartz Crushing Company, Registered,” under the provisions of the “Mining Company’s Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “Mining Company’s Limited Liability Act, 1869,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is the “Wellington Quartz Crushing Company, Registered.”

The place of intended operations is within the boundaries of the district of the Resident Magistrate of Wellington, and in such places in the said district as the Company shall appoint.

The nominal capital of the Company is one thousand pounds, in one thousand shares of £1 each.

The amount already paid up is eleven pounds.

The name of the Manager is Christian Julius Toxward, of the City of Wellington, architect.

The office of the Company is at the office of the said Christian Julius Toxward, on Lambton quay, City of Wellington.
