Proposed Upper Kauwarrawarra Road District.

Wellington, Nov. 22, 1870.
IT is hereby notified that application has been made to His Honor the Deputy Superintendent to proclaim a highway district, with the following boundaries, viz.:
The boundary commences at the north-west corner of section No. 10, Ohiro District, thence in a straight line to the south-west corner of section No. 21, thence westerly in a straight line to the south-east corner of section No. 67, Karori District, thence in a straight line to its north-east corner, thence in a straight line to the north-east corner of section No. 49, thence along the eastern boundary of sections No. 47 and 48, until it meets the production of the south-western boundary of sections No. 34, 36, and 38, thence along said line to the south-east corner of section No. 34, thence in a straight line to the starting point.
And notice is hereby further given, that at the expiration of six months from this date, it is His Honor's intention to proclaim the proposed highway district, should no sufficient objection be meanwhile raised to his doing so.

Proposed West Ruamahunga Highway District.
Provincial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, Nov. 22, 1870.
IT is hereby notified that application has been made to His Honor the Deputy Superintendent to proclaim a highway district with the following boundaries, viz.:
The boundary to commence at the northern boundary of Urakukiti south, thence southerly, following the boundary of the Crown lands until it reaches the Otakura Stream, thence following that stream to its junction with the Tauherenikau River, thence down that river to its junction with the Lake, thence following the shore of the Lake to the mouth of the Ruamahunga, thence up that river to the starting point.
And notice is hereby further given, that at the expiration of six months from this date, it is His Honor's intention to proclaim the proposed highway district, and the necessary alteration in the Greytown Highway District, should no sufficient objection be meanwhile raised to his doing so.
