I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the above is a true Abstract of the Receipts and Expenditure of the Public Revenue of the Province of Wellington for the period commencing on the first day of April, and ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy, and further that the said Expenditure has been properly classified, and that any part thereof which has been incurred without authority of the Appropriation Act is separately shown.
