I HEREBY give notice that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias, issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to me directed and delivered, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon part of section one hundred and ninety, situate in Willis street, in the City of Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing sixty-six feet frontage to Willis street, by a depth of one hundred and fifty-six feet, being the property in fee simple (subject to a mortgage to the Mutual Investment Society) of the above named Robert Sutcliffe (such land having been taken in execution at the suit of the ex ecution creditors), and that it is my intention to sell or cause the said property, with all building and appurtenances thereon, to be sold by public auction, at “Thomas” Auction Mart, Wellington, aforesaid, on Monday, the 19th day of September, 1870, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said amount of judgment, and all further costs and expenses incidental thereto. And I further give notice that Messrs. Hart & Buckley, of the City of Wellington, are Solicitors for the Plaintiffs.

THE Inspector of Sheep for the East Coast District has reported to this office that he has granted to
Mr. EDWIN MEREDITH,
Riversdale, a Clean Certificate for his ewe flock, dated 28th June, 1870; branded O on rump. Also that he granted
Mr. EDWIN MEREDITH
a Clean Certificate for his wether flock, dated 5th July, 1870; branded O on back.

Sheep Inspector\'s Report.
THE Sheep Inspector for the Wanganui and Rangitikei Districts reports that he has examined a flock of sheep belonging to
Mr. J. HOLDER,
of Wanganui, and finds them infected with Scab.
Also, that he has examined a flock, numbering 180, belonging to
Mr. C. CAMPION,
of Rangitikei, and granted a clean certificate for the same.

THE Inspector of Sheep for the Wairarapa district, reports to this office that he has cancelled the clean certificates of the following flock owners :—
Mr. HUGH MCMASTERS
for “Kopi” flock, at Tupurupuru, from the 3rd June, 1870;
Mr. RHODES DONALD,
Manaia, for his ewe flock, from the 18th June, 1870.
Also, that he had received notice from Mr. Tully that his flock at Moroa, Greytown, had become infected with scab, on the 6th July.
