A sample of each article will be required
to be lodged at the gaol, by the successful
tenderer, for reference in case of dispute as
to size or quality.

The Provisions to be all of the best
quality. The Sugar in all cases to be Yel-
low Counter, and one pound samples are
required to be sent in sealed with each
tender. Samples of requisites and clothing
may be seen at the Establishment for
which they are intended, and samples are
required to be sent in each tender.

The supplies for the Gaol are to be de-
livered at the Gaol, and are to be subject
to the approval of the Warden, or other
authorised Officer.

The supplies for the Hospital are to be
delivered at the Hospital, and are to be
subject to the approval of the Provincial
Surgeon, or other authorised Officer.

The supplies for the Asylum are to be
taken from the Store of the Contractor,
and are to be subject to the approval of the
Medical attendant or other authorised
Officer.

The supplies for Charitable Aid are to
be taken from the Store of the Contractor,
and are to be subject to approval by an
authorised Officer. They will be required
to be weighed and delivered in the presence
of such officer, on certain days in the week
to be from time to time fixed.

Separate tenders must be sent in for
supplying the Gaol, Hospital, Lunatic
Asylum, and Charitable Aid.

Any of the foregoing to be supplied for
Immigration purposes if required.

Coffins.

Coffins for paupers—to be delivered
where required, and use of Pall provided.

Coals.

Best English and Colonial, at per ton,
delivered at any of the Provincial Govern-
ment Offices, Gaol, or Hospital, as required.

Kerosine Oil, best quality.

To be delivered at the Store of the
Contractor.

Tools and Sundries.
