NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Waitangi, Chatham Islands, on the 6th of June next, and following days.

| Apitia Punga | Part of the south-east side of the Chatham Islands | From the Whanga at Puketahora in a South-west direction up to the spot where the track from Owenga to Waitangi branches off to the Matarae, and down to the bend of the Awairianga to the fall, thence in a straight line to Rangaika in Pitts' Straits, following the sea to Owenga right on to Kaingarahu, across to the Whanga, then following the Whanga to where it commenced. |
