License to kill wild unbranded Cattle.

By virtue of the power vested in me by clause 7 of the Act of the Provincial Council of Wellington, Session No. 18, I hereby authorise Richard Hammond of Rangitikei, farmer, to kill any wild cattle the property of the Government of the Province.

Masterton Road District.

Masterton, Wairarapa, 21st Dec., 1869.

We, the undersigned, are expedient and discontinue, for purposes of public utility and convenience, that part of the Public Road leading from the Western end of the Township of Masterton, Wairarapa, and terminating at the fence of the College Land.

Know ye therefore, that, on and after the expiration of three months from the date of the publication hereof, in the Provincial Government Gazette, such road shall be deviated from the Bank of the Waipoua River, and instead thereof, shall follow down between the recently erected fences...
