Supreme Court.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Wellington District of New Zealand for the Despatch of Criminal and Civil Business will be holden at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday the first day of December next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances as Prosecutors, Witnesses or Defendants are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Wednesday the 8th day of December next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, to which time the sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Wednesday the fifteenth day of December next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

JOHN MORRIS, of Highfields, near Bilston, Staffordshire, England, applies for information relative to the whereabouts of one JOHN MORRIS, late of Pleck, near Walsall, Staffordshire, who emigrated in the ship Alma for Wellington in 1857. Any information relative to him is requested to be addressed to the undersigned.
