The Perseverance Gold Mining Company (Registered).
I, THE undersigned, George Bennett, do hereby make application to register "The Perseverance Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my knowledge and belief true in every particular, namely—
1st. The name and style of the Company is "The Perseverance Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
2nd. The place of intended operations is in the Wainuiomata district in the Province of Wellington.
3rd. The nominal capital of the Company is £800 in eighty shares of £10 each.
4th. The amount already paid up is £44 10s.
5th. The name of the Manager is George Bennett, of the City of Wellington, turner.
6th. The office of the Company is in old Custom House Street, City of Wellington, at Mr. Charles Seagar’s.
7th. The names and several residences of the shareholders—and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follow:—
