Wellington Gold Mining Company (Registered).
I,
THE undersigned, David Thomson Stuart, hereby make application to register “The Wellington Gold Mining Company (Registered),” under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—
1st. The name and style of the company is “The Wellington Gold Mining Company (Registered).”
2nd. The place of intended operations is at the Thames Gold Fields in the Province of Auckland.
3rd. The nominal capital of the company is twenty-four thousand pounds, in three thousand shares of eight pounds each.
4th. The amount already paid up is eighteen thousand pounds.
5th. The name of the Manager is David Thomson Stuart.
6th. The Office of the company is at Hunter Street, Wellington.
7th. The names and several residences of the Shareholders and the number of Shares held by each at this date are as follow:—
