The Auld Reekie Gold Mining Company (Registered).
I, THE undersigned Edwin Hellard Crease, hereby make application to register "The Auld Reekie Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:
1st. That the name and style of the Company is "The Auld Reekie Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
2nd. That the place of intended operations is at Waiariki, in the Province of Wellington.
3rd. That the nominal Capital of the Company is £480 in shares of £10 each.
4th. That the amount paid up is £32.
5th. That the name of the Manager is Edwin Hellard Crease.
6th. That the Office of the Company is at Willis-street, in the City of Wellington.
7th. That the names and several residences of the Shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each at this date are as follow, namely:--
