The Hard Working Gold Mining Company (Registered).
THE undersigned Lipman Levy, here
by make application to register the
Hard Working Gold Mining Company
(Registered) under the provisions of the
Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865, and I do solemnly and sincerely de-
clare that the following statement is to the
best of my belief and knowledge true in
every particular, namely:—
1st. That the name and style of the
Company is “The Hard Working Gold
Mining Company (Registered).”
2nd. That the place of intended opera-
tions is at Terawiti, in the Province of
Wellington.
3rd. That the nominal Capital of the
Company is £220 in shares of £10 each.
4th. That the amount paid up is £22.
5th. That the name of the Manager is
Lipman Levy.
6th. That the Office of the Company is
at Lambton Quay, in the City of Welling-
ton.
7th. That the names and several resi-
dences of the Shareholders, and the num-
ber of Shares held by each at this date are
as follows, namely:—

sincerely declare that the following state-
ment is, to the best of my belief and
knowledge, true in every particular,
namely:—
1st. The name and style of the company
is “Central Gold Mining Company, Regis-
