ANNUAL CONTRACTS.

Wellington, 31st May, 1869.
SEALED TENDERS will be received at the Superintendent’s Office, on or before Thursday, 17th June, 1869, at noon, from persons desirous of executing by contract, any of the undermentioned Supplies required for the service of the Provincial Government during the twelve months commencing on the 1st July next :-
PROVISIONS, &c.
Wellington Gaol.
Rations as under, at per Ration.
No. 1 CLASS.
1 lb. Bread; 1 lb. Fresh Beef (without bone); 1 lb. Potatoes; ¾ oz. Sugar; ¼ oz. Tea; ½ oz. Salt; ⅓ oz. Soap.
No. 2 CLASS.
¾ lb. Bread; ½ lb. Fresh Beef (without bone); 1 lb. Potatoes; ¼ oz. Salt; ⅓ oz. Soap; ¼ oz. Tea; ½ oz. Sugar.
No. 3 CLASS.
1½ lb. Bread.
No. 4 EXTRA.
½ lb. Bread; ¼ oz. Tea; 2 oz. Sugar.
Lunatic Asylum.
Rations as under, at per Ration.
¾ lb. Fresh Meat, Beef (without bone) and Mutton, alternately; Bread, 1 lb.; Potatoes, 1 lb.; Rice, 6 oz.; Tea, ½ oz.; Sugar, 1¾ oz.; Milk, 1 gill; Salt, ½ oz.
Charitable Aid.
Rations as under, at per Ration.
Bread, 1 lb.; Potatoes, 1 lb.; Fresh Beef (without bone), ½ lb.; Tea, ¼ oz.; Sugar, 1½ oz.
Hospital.
Rations as under, at per Ration.
