WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

Between Robert Hart and Patrick Alphonsus Buckley, of the firm of Hart and Buckley of Wellington, Solicitors, Plaintiffs,

And

John Pearson Bewley, of Rangitikei, Farmer, Defendant.

Amount recovered, £157 18s. 8d.

HEREBY give notice that by virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias issued out of the above honourable Court, and to me directed, I have caused my assistant bailiff to enter upon Section No. 71, Agricultural Reserve, and Blocks numbered 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, and 122, situate at Rangitikei, in the Province of Wellington, in the said Colony, the property of the said John Pearson Bewley, (such pieces of land having been taken in execution at the suit of the execution Creditors), and that it is my intention to sell or cause to be sold the equity of redemption of and in the said pieces of land (the same being subject to certain deeds of mortgage) by Public Auction at the Court House, Wanganui, on Friday, the thirtieth day of April, 1869, at 12 o’clock noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of said amount of judgment and all costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto.

And I further give notice that Patrick Keen, Esq., of Wanganui is the Solicitor and Agent for the said Plaintiffs.

Given under my hand at Wanganui this 24th day of December, 1868.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Greytown, in the District of Wairarapa, Province of Wellington, on the 17th of March next, will be heard the claim of Anaru Tuhokairangi to succeed to the interest held by Te Kauinamu, deceased, in the block of land for which a Crown Grant has been issued called Tupurupuru, in the district of Wairarapa, Province of Wellington.
