IT has been notified to this office under the hand of the Chairman of the Board that at a meeting of the Board held on the 7th instant, the resignation of the Chairman

Mr. W. A. Fitzherbert

was accepted, and

Mr. George Allen
a ratepayer of the District was elected Chairman in his stead.
