John Jenkins Peacock, judgment creditor, against Alexander Farmer, judgment debtor.
ON Friday, the twenty-first day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, upon hearing Mr Hart of counsel for the judgment creditor, and upon reading the declaration filed herein, and the affidavit of Robert Hart thereto annexed, it is ordered that all that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Wellington, containing twelve perches, more or less, being part of the section number 134 on the plan of the said Town, bounded on the north by Ingestre street, fifty links; on the east by other part of same section granted to Thos. McKenzie, one hundred and fifty links; on the south by other part of the same section granted to Robert Elijah Bannister, fifty links; and on the west by other part of the same section granted to Joseph Pudney, one hundred and fifty links, be attached to answer a judgment recovered against the above named judgment debtor on the fifteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty-three, by the above named judgment creditor, to which piece of land the above named judgment creditor claims to be entitled by virtue of a Grant from the Crown under the hand of His Excellency Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Bath, Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, and bearing date the seventeenth day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty-two.
