sitting of this Court to be held at Rangitikei
on the fourth of November next and
following days will be heard and determined the matter referred as aforesaid.

Bounded on the north by Crown Land,
and by a portion of the land granted to the
children of Thomas Uppadine Cook; on
the east by land known as Te Kawaroa,
and ceded to the crown by Te Rei Paehua
and others; on the south by Crown Land;
on the west by the Manawatu River, and
by other portions of the land granted as
aforesaid to the children of Thomas Uppadine Cook; comprising an area of four
hundred and forty (440) acres more or less.
Mataongaonga and Morea School District.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston
Esquire Superintendent of
the Province of Wellington in the
Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS the Mataongaonga and
Morea School Districts were respectively defined by proclamation on the
twelfth day of October 1868 And whereas
it is necessary by proclamation to declare
when the Act of the Provincial Council of
the Province of Wellington to promote
the establishment of Common Schools in
the Province of Wellington Session
II. No. 6 and the Education Act
Amendment Act Session IV. No. 3
shall come into operation in the said
Mataongaonga and Morea School Districts
Now therefore I Isaac Earl Featherston
Superintendent of the Province of Wellington do hereby proclaim and declare
that the said Acts shall come into operation
within the said districts on the day of the
date hereof.
