ELECTION OF WARDENS.

NOTICE has been given to this Office, under the hand of the Chairman of the Board, that at a meeting of the Ratepayers, held in June, 1868, the following were elected a Board of Wardens for the ensuing two years, viz:—

Deviation of Road, Ohariu District.

IT has been notified to this Office, under the hand of the Chairman of the Ohariu District Road Board, that a deviation of the original line of road, as laid off by the New Zealand Company, has been determined on by the Board, and that arrangements have been made by the Board for opening the substituted road.
Notice is therefore hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of clause 39 of the District Highways Act, 1867, the substituted roadway, as shewn in a map deposited at this Office, will be opened to the public, and that the original Highway will cease (so far as it is affected by the proposed deviation) on and after the...
