NOTICE has been given to this Office, under the hand of the undermen-tioned Chairman, that at a meeting of the Ratepayers, held on the 18th of November, 1867, the following persons were elected members of the Board of Wardens for the ensuing two years, viz.:—

ELECTION OF COMMITTEE.

IT has been notified to this Office, under the hand of the Chairman of the School Committee, that at a meeting of the voters of the above School District, held at the school-room on Saturday, the 28th December, 1867, a new committee was elected, consisting of the following persons, viz.:—

has been appointed Collector of the above District.

Worrengate Line declared to be a Public Highway.

Wellington, 14th Jan., 1868.
IT is notified, at the request of H. S. Harrison, Esq., Chairman of the Board of Wardens of the Matarawa Road District, that the formation of the line of which notice was given in the Government Gazette, of 21st March, 1863, is now completed and known as “The Worrengate Line,” connecting the upper part of the main and district roads, viz. Nos. 1 and 2 lines; and the same is hereby proclaimed and declared by his Honor the Superintendent to be a public highway.

In the matter of the declaration of Insolvency of Thomas Hamilton, of Wanganui, blacksmith,
and in the matter of the “Bankruptcy Act, 1867,”
I, THOMAS HAMILTON, of Wanganui, in the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, blacksmith, do solemnly and sincerely declare that I am unable to meet my engagements with my creditors.

This is to give notice that the above declaration of Insolvency, duly declared in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, have this day been filed in the District Court of Wanganui, holden at Wanganui.
