ANNUAL CONTRACTS.

Provincial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 1st June, 1868.

SEALED TENDERS will be received at this Office on or before Thursday, 18th June instant, at noon, from persons desirous of executing, by contract, any of the undermentioned Supplies required for the service of the Provincial Government during the twelve months commencing on the 1st July next:—

PROVISIONS, &c.

Wellington Gaol.

Rations as under, at per Ration.

No. 1 Class.

  • 1 lb. Fresh Beef (without bones); 1 lb. Potatoes; 1 lb. Bread; ¼ oz. Soap; ¼ oz. Tea; ½ oz. Salt; 2 oz. Sugar.

No. 2 Class.

  • ¾ lb. Bread; ½ lb. Potatoes; ½ lb. Fresh Beef (without bone); ¼ oz. Soap; ⅓ oz. Salt.

No. 3 Class.

  • 1½ lb. Bread.

Lunatic Asylum.

Rations as under, at per Ration.

  • ¾ lb. Fresh Meat, Beef (without bone) and Mutton, alternately; Bread, 1 lb.; Potatoes, 1 lb.; Rice, 6 oz.; Tea, ¼ oz.; Sugar, 1½ oz.; Milk, 1 gill; Salt, ½ oz.

Hospital.

Rations as under, at per Ration.
