Supreme Court.

NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Wellington District of New Zealand for the dispatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be held at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the first day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances as prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the Civil cases will not be called on for trial until Monday, the eighth day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, to which time the sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Monday, the 15th day of June next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
