Notice to Contractors and Engineers.

WANGANUI BRIDGE AT WANGANUI
Provincial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 1st April, 1868.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the undersigned in Wellington, until noon of Wednesday, the first day of July next, for the erection of a Bridge over the river Wanganui in the Province of Wellington.

The Bridge is an iron truss Bridge supported upon iron cylinders, the length of Bridge is about 600 feet with a swing span. The iron material of the Bridge is supplied, and now lies at Wanganui.

The work also comprises the approaches on both sides of the river. The timber, concrete, and other material, and all labor and plant are to be supplied by the Contractor.

Drawings and Specifications will be open for inspection at the Provincial Engineer's Office, Wellington, on and after the 22nd instant,

NOTICE has been given to this Office under the hand of the Chairman of the Board that at a meeting of the Ratepayers held on the 3rd April, 1868, the following gentlemen were elected a Board of Wardens for the ensuing two years, namely:—
