In the matter of the Petition of Herbert Thomas Phillips, of Wellington, Grocer, Bankrupt:

In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862; The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865; and The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1866:
On Monday, the Twenty-first January, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven
UPON reading the Petitions and Schedules thereto annexed, and the affidavits therewith filed, It is ordered that the above-named Petition be set down for hearing at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 8th day of May, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, and that the 15th day of February be the day appointed for a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner at the Grand Jury Room of the Supreme Court House, Wellington, at Twelve o’clock, noon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee to the said Estate of the said Petitioner, and to settle the best mode of winding up the said Estate. And it is further ordered that Robert McGiffert Cleland, of Wellington, Grocer, be appointed Sequestrator of the Estate and effects of the said Petitioner, and that this order be deemed a vesting order within the meaning of Section 8 of The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1865.
