Proposed New Road District

Rangitikei-Turakina.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 25th November, 1867.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to His Honor the Superintendent to proclaim a separate Road District, comprising the lands mentioned within the following boundaries, viz:—The Turakina river from its mouth to its junction with the Makirikiri stream, thence along the Makirikiri stream to north east corner of section 5 Turakina, thence along the north east boundary of said section to its junction with the boundary of the five shilling land, thence the boundary of the five shilling land to the south east corner of Block LXXXII, thence the south east side of said block to north east corner of Block CXXVII, thence to the south east corner of said block, and from thence the boundary of the five shilling land to its junction with the Turakina river.

And notice is hereby further given that at the expiration of six months from the date hereof the Superintendent will hear and determine objections thereto.

In the matter of the Declaration of Insolvency of the Firm of Joseph and Edward Bull, of the City of Wellington, in the Province of Wellington and Colony of New Zealand, Printers and Publishers, trading under the name or style of “J. & E. Bull,” and in the matter of the “Bankruptcy Act, 1867.”

WE the said Joseph Bull and Edward Bull, do hereby respectively declare in pursuance of the provisions of the said Act, that we are not able to meet our engagements with the creditors of our said firm, and that we have no personal assets to meet the aforesaid engagements...

This is to give notice that the above Declaration of Insolvency duly declared by the said E. Bull and Joseph Bull in accordance with the above mentioned Act, has this day been filed in the District Court of Wellington at Wellington.

In the matter of the Declaration of Insolvency of William Churchill, formerly of the City of Wellington, Licensed Victualler, and now of the same place, laborer, and in the matter of the “Bankruptcy Act, 1867.”

I the said William Churchill do hereby declare in pursuance of the provisions of the said Act, that I am not able to meet my engagements with my creditors...

This is to give notice that the above Declaration of Insolvency duly declared in accordance with the provisions of the above mentioned Act, has this day been filed in the District Court of Wellington, holden at Wellington.
