Sittings of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Wellington District of New Zealand, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton-quay, Wellington, on Monday, the second day of December next, at 10 o’clock, in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses or defendants, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the Court will be adjourned on the said second day of December, to Monday, the ninth day of December. All persons bound by recognizances as prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, need not appear on the said second day of December, but all such persons are required to give their attendance at 10 o’clock, on Monday the ninth day of December.

The Civil Common Jury cases will be taken on Wednesday, the eleventh day of December.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Monday, the sixteenth day of December next, at 11 o’clock.
