ELECTION OF WARDENS.

NOTICE has been given to this office under the hand of the undermentioned Chairman, that at a meeting of the Ratepayers, held at the house of Mr. Bevan on Saturday, the 24th instant, the following persons were elected members of the Board of Wardens for the ensuing two years, viz :—

Mr. T. McKenzie
Mr. J. P. Bewley
Mr. W. Burne

NOTICE has been given to this office under the hand of the undermentioned Chairman, that at a meeting of the Ratepayers of the above District, held at the School House, Greytown, the following gentlemen were elected a Board of Wardens for the ensuing two years, viz :—

Na, kua tae mai ki au te korero, ko Rawiri Puaha kua mate, he moni ana kei roto i te peke-na, ko Hohepa Tamaihengia te muri iho i a ia. Heoi ko te ritenga tenei, ki ta "Te Ture whakahaere tikanga mo nga peke tiaki-moni," o te porowhini o Poneke, o te Runanga III., rarangi 7 :—hei te mutunga o nga marama e toru e haere ake nei ka huih ui te komiti o taua Peke ki te hurihuri tikanga mo aua moni a Rawiri Puaha, kia mohiotia ai te angata mana e tango.

Wellington Savings Bank,
30th July, 1867.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has been represented to me, the undersigned Accountant to the Wellington Savings Bank, that Rawiri Puaha, a depositor in the said Bank, is deceased intestate, and that Hohepa Tamaihengia is the nearest of kin to the said Rawiri Puaha deceased. And that under the power vested in the Trustees of the said Bank by an Act passed by the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session III., No. 7, intituled "An Act to Provide for the Management of Savings Banks in the Province of Wellington," the said Trustees will, on the expiration of the three months there in provided for, proceed to consider to whom the sum standing in the books of the said Bank to the credit of the said Rawiri Puaha shall be paid.
