NOTICE has been given to this office under the hand of the undermentioned Chairman, that at a meeting of the Ratepayers, held at the house of Mr. Bevan on Saturday, the 24th instant, the following persons were elected members of the Board of Wardens for the ensuing two years, viz :—

NOTICE is hereby given that it has been represented to me, the undersigned Accountant to the Wellington Savings Bank, that Rawiri Puaha, a depositor in the said Bank, is deceased intestate, and that Hohepa Tamaihengia is the nearest of kin to the said Rawiri Puaha deceased. And that under the power vested in the Trustees of the said Bank by an Act passed by the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session III., No. 7, intituled "An Act to Provide for the Management of Savings Banks in the Province of Wellington," the said Trustees will, on the expiration of the three months there in provided for, proceed to consider to whom the sum standing in the books of the said Bank to the credit of the said Rawiri Puaha shall be paid.
