Discontinuance of Road in the Tunahaere District.

NOTICE is hereby given that in consequence of the opening of the line of road known as the “New Missionary Line,” the old “Missionary Line” as shewn on the Government map of the Wanganui District is no longer required for the public convenience, and that it is the intention of the Tunahaere Board to discontinue the said old “Missionary Line” from and after the first day of November now next ensuing, in pursuance with clause 88 of “District Highways Act, 1862.”

Wellington Savings Bank,

30th July, 1867.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has been represented to me, the undersigned Accountant to the Wellington Savings Bank, that Rawiri Puaha, a depositor in the said Bank, is deceased intestate, and that Hohepa Tamaihengia is the nearest of kin to the said Rawiri Puaha deceased.

And that under the power vested in the Trustees of the said Bank by an Act passed by the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session III, No. 7, intituled “An Act to Provide for the Management of Savings Banks in the Province of Wellington,” the said Trustees will, on the expiration of the three months notice therein provided for, proceed to consider to whom the sum standing in the books of the said Bank to the credit of the said Rawiri Puaha shall be paid.
